We also offer an array of sparkling wines: Champagne, Prosecco and Cava, and an extensive selection of aperitivi and dessert wines including: rare vintage Amontillados and Olorosos, Ports, Madeiras as well as twelve dessert wines by the glass. David Rosengarten of Gourmet Magazine suggests: "One of the first things you might try at il Buco, with a glass of Manzanilla, is a bowl of very Andalusian-tasting marinated olives..."
